מהנדס/ת Design for Test ב-Google Cloud יעבוד/תעבוד על פיתוח וביצוע פתרונות DFT עבור שבבים מסדרה גבוהה של Google. התפקיד כולל פיתוח אסטרטגיית DFT, ביצוע ATPG וניפוי באגים של scan coverage, וודא ב-RTL ו-gate level, תוך שיתוף פעולה עם צוותי Design ו-Verification. הדרישות העיקריות הן תואר ראשון בהנדסה חשמלית או תחום קשור, 4+ שנות ניסיון עם DFT methodologies ו-ATPG, וניסיון בValidation של MBIST ו-JTAG controllers. עדיף גם ניסיון עם Python/Tcl ו-Tessent environment. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
