אתה תנהל את מערכת Zendesk של Viber ותייעל את תהליכי התמיכה שלנו, כולל ניהול workflows, triggers, routing ו-reporting. במסגרת התפקיד תוביל פרויקטים טכניים, תתרגם צרכים עסקיים לדרישות ברורות, ותגדיר אינטגרציות באמצעות APIs ו-webhooks. תעבוד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם צוותי Product, Engineering, DevOps ו-Support, וגם תוביל את התפתחות ה-AI Agent שלנו בתחום ה-conversational AI. נדרשים: ניסיון עמוק בתצורת Zendesk, הבנה טכנית עם יכולת קריאת קוד, ידע בסיסי ב-SQL וח עבודה עם REST APIs, ואנגלית צלוחה. ניסיון ברוסית, B2C או Support Operations הוא יתרון. מיקום: רמת גן · עבודה מרחוק · מחלקה: Support להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
