מהנדס/ת Escalation בחטיבת Customer Success בRapyd, חברת פיתוח פתרונות תשלומים וFintech גלובליים. התפקיד כולל ניהול תקלות קריטיות בייצור, עבודה עם APIs ו-SQL לאתר וטיפול בבעיות טכניות מורכבות, שיתוף ידע עם צוותים פנימיים ועם לקוחות, וניתוח עמוק של תהליכי טרנזקציות לזיהוי פערים בעיצוב. נדרשת ניסיון של 1-2 שנים בתמיכה טכנית או תפקידים דומים בCustomer Success, יכולת עבודה עם logs וsystem architecture מורכבת, מוטיבציה גבוהה לפתרון בעיות, וכישורי תקשורת מעולים. יתרון לבעלי ניסיון בתחום FinTech והכרות עם Jira וConfluence. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה · מחלקה: Customer Success להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
