מנהל/ת תפעול וחוויית עובדים ב-Native, חברת Cloud Security המפתחת פתרונות אבטחה חדשים עבור סביבות multi-cloud. תפקידך יהיה להיות נקודת ציוד מרכזית לעובדים, לנהל את המשרד ביומיום, לתחזק יחסים עם ספקים ושירותים, ולעצב תוכניות חווית עובדים וארועים קבוצתיים. אתה תנהל את תהליכי onboarding ו-offboarding ותארגן ישיבות חברה. נדרשות 3-5 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד דומה בחברת startup או tech, שליטה בעברית ואנגלית, ויכולת ניהול פרויקטים מרובים בסביבה דינמית עם יוזמה וחשבונאות אישית. מיקום: תל אביב · עבודה מרחוק · משרה מלאה · מחלקה: People & Operations להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
