JLL משתפת פעולה עם קבוצת Enterprise Data Science כדי לבנות מערכות AI בייצור בקנה מידה גדול. אנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת ML ו-LLM בכיר שיוביל את פיתוח ותפעול פלטפורמות GenAI, כולל הנעת open-weight LLMs, תקינות MLOps ו-LLMOps, ומערכות מעקב לחיזוי אנושי. דרוש 5+ שנות ניסיון בייצור סיסטמות AI עם היכרות עמוקה ב-LLM architectures, serving בקנה מידה, ורכיבי ML/LLM Ops כמו experiment tracking וmonitoring. רצוי ידע בטכנולוגיות כמו RAG, agents, distributed training, והנדסת נתונים בענן. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
