A Bauhaus-inspired residential complex in the southern part of the Sde Dov neighbourhood, with 230 apartments in buildings lower-rise than the surrounding area, arranged around an internal urban garden of about 2.8 dunams. The mix includes 2–6-room apartments and penthouses, alongside a gym, yoga space, and residents' lounge. Co-developed with Metropolis of the Allied group.
