A mixed residential and commercial twin-tower complex in the Bursa district of Ramat Gan, on the former Elite factory site. The residential tower contains 355 apartments across 55 floors, alongside an office tower, a public garden, and commercial space.

An urban renewal project comprising three 30-storey residential towers with 522 units in total. The base of the towers accommodates a commercial centre, an underground car park, and public spaces.
