דרוש/ה מנהל/ת Business Applications בחברת Lemonade שיוביל קבוצה בבניית פתרונות טכנולוגיים חוצי-ארגוניים. תפקידך יהיה לזהות הזדמנויות בעיצוב מחדש של תהליכים עסקיים דרך AI, automation ואינטגרציות, ולהוביל את המימוש שלהם מתחילתו ועד להשפעה מדידה. נדרשים 7+ שנות ניסיון בהנהלת יוזמות טכנולוגיות מורכבות, שילוב של שטיפה במערכות, מחשבה עסקית חזקה וביקורתיות כלפי השפעה, בתוספת ידע עמוק בעכשוויות AI וLLMs. על המועמד/ת להיות בעל/ת יכולת תקשורת מצוינת, חשיבה מובנית על פתרון בעיות, וגישה עם אחריות קצה-לקצה למשימות. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה · מחלקה: Global Operations להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
