אנחנו מחפשים Data Lead שיהיה שותף עסקי מרכזי ב-easyplant, המוצר של Mixtiles שמספק צמחים שלא מתים בעזרת טכנולוגיית השקיה עצמאית. בתפקיד זה תעבדו צמוד לנהלת העסק, שיווק ותוכן, תזהו הזדמנויות גדולות בנתונים, תעצבו אסטרטגיה באמצעות הבנה עמוקה של התגלות הלקוח וחוויית המוצר, ותהפכו שאלות לניסויים ולהחלטות עסקיות. אנחנו מחפשים מנהיג טכני שיודע SQL ו-Python בעומק, בקיא בשיווק (CAC, LTV, attribution) וב-product analytics (retention, cohorts), וגם סיפור נתונים משכנע. רצוי: ניסיון ב-e-commerce, DTC או ברנדים צרכניים, יחד עם מומחיות במדידת שיווק מתקדמת או מודלים סטטיסטיים. מיקום: תל אביב · מחלקה: Data Analysis להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
