מנהל/ת מוצר בכיר/ה ב-Forter תנהל את תחום Chargeback Recovery ו-Dispute Management מקצה לקצה, בעלויות על אסטרטגיה, מוצר וביצוע בשוק של פתרונות שעוזרים לסוחרים להחזיר הכנסות שאבדו לתביעות. תפקיד זה משלב עבודה עם טכנולוגיות payment, אינטגרציות PSP מרובות וכדי לעילוא AI, כשעליך להוביל תמורה בשימוש בסוכנים חכמים להחלפת עבודה ידנית. נדרשת ניסיון של 5+ שנים ב-Product Management ב-SaaS עם שליטה בדומיין chargebacks/disputes, שקיפות טכנית בנושא APIs ואינטגרציות, וכושר תקשורת חזק עם קהלים טכניים ולא טכניים על רקע התמודדות עם דרישות GTM מתחרות. מיקום: תל אביב · מחלקה: Product להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
