אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת Service Desk שיצטרף/תצטרף לצוות ה-IT של Crusoe, חברה המובילה בתחום infrastructure של AI. בתפקיד זה תהיו/תהיי אחראי/ת לאבחון וסיכול בעיות טכניות בתחומי networks, servers, SaaS applications וקלאউד, עם דגש על ניהול זהויות ב-cloud ואבטחת end-point. אנחנו מחפשים מישהו עם ניסיון מוכח בממשקי identity (SSO, SAML, MFA), כלים של MDM כמו Intune או Kandji, ניסיון בניהול מערכות Windows, macOS ו-Linux, ופמיליאריות עם פלטפורמות MDR/XDR. דרוש ניסיון עם ticketing systems ויכולת לנהל פרויקטים בצורה עצמאית עם יכולות תקשורת חזקות. מיקום: תל אביב · משרה מלאה · מחלקה: IT, Compliance, and Security להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
