A Design for Test engineer at Google Cloud will work on developing and implementing DFT solutions for Google's high-end series chips. The role involves developing DFT strategy, performing ATPG and debugging scan coverage, verification at RTL and gate level, while collaborating with Design and Verification teams. Key requirements include a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, 4+ years of experience with DFT methodologies and ATPG, and experience validating MBIST and JTAG controllers.
