Description
A Developer Support Engineer at JFrog will be at the forefront of technical interaction with our customers, focusing on solving complex CI/CD scenarios and investigating issues in depth. The role includes writing scripts in Bash and Python, analyzing log files and thread dumps, setting up work environments, and requires close collaboration with R&D and QA teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, at least two years of experience in support or DevOps roles, deep knowledge of Linux and debugging, and familiarity with modern tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
