We are looking for a senior car insurance pricing expert who will lead Lemonade's pricing strategy globally. This role combines insurance, data science, product, and engineering, with full responsibility for complex pricing and risk management issues. Required: at least 8 years of experience in insurance pricing, decision science, or related fields, with strong analytical capabilities, mastery of modern tools and AI, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements. Advantage for candidates with experience building pricing platforms, deep understanding of car insurance, a degree in a quantitative field, or formal actuarial credentials.
