You are invited to lead the technical architecture of Revenue Harness, an AI agent framework that provides an AI peer to every salesperson in the company. In this hands-on role, you will work on building advanced agent systems including orchestration, secure tools, retrieval pipelines, evaluation systems, model management, and enterprise-scale runtime infrastructure. The position requires 10+ years of backend development with Java, Staff/Principal level experience working across teams, and hands-on experience shipping LLM applications to production including agents and RAG. Also expected: deep expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, strong mentoring abilities, and genuine curiosity about the world of AI and AI-assisted development.
