Description
Senior Backend Engineer in Python at Gong will work in the Agentic team on building and taking responsibility for backend systems for AI agents interacting with customers in production. Your role will be to design and implement rigorous AI applications that integrate LLMs, work with tools and API interfaces, business logic, and Gong's data to deliver reliable customer experiences at scale. Required: 7+ years of experience in Python backend engineering with strong system design capabilities, extensive experience building and maintaining AI agents in production including tools such as LangChain and LangGraph, and experience integrating AI-based applications with APIs and distributed systems.
