Shift Supervisor at Wolt. Responsible for operational management of the store and team management during the shift, including task allocation, inventory management, receiving goods, and maintaining order and safety procedures. The position requires previous experience in shift management, preferably in retail or logistics, along with team leadership ability, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. Organization, accuracy, and physical fitness for various hours including weekends are also required. Salary is 42 ₪ per hour with bonuses up to 8 ₪ per hour based on achieving targets.
