We are looking for a manager for the Game Economy team at PAPAYA, whose role is to manage and mentor a team of game economy analysts for the Solitaire game. The position requires deep knowledge of game economics, reward systems, inflation control and resource balancing, along with the ability to build economic models and learn from data. We require 4+ years of experience in Game Economy in the mobile gaming industry, experience managing or mentoring analysts, SQL proficiency and the ability to conduct and analyze A/B tests. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance data with creativity and player understanding.
