Kela Technologies is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the opening of a new international office and build the company's presence in new markets outside of Israel. The candidate must have 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition at global high-tech companies, with proven success in establishing and closing new offices abroad. You will be a strategic partner to site leaders and senior management, build local talent pipelines, navigate the local employment landscape, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
