A Technical Project Manager at Alice will be responsible for managing projects delivering AI solutions to customers, where each project involves working with leading laboratories worldwide to build testing environments and model evaluations. The role requires mastery of task planning, resource allocation (researchers, engineers, and reviewers), and tight schedule management, while maintaining the quality of deliverables before sending to the customer. Required: 2-4 years of experience in project management or product with delivery responsibility, ability to thrive in a high-uncertainty environment, quick decision-making capability, and ability to provide direct feedback to contributors who are not directly reporting to you.
