A Forward Deployed Engineer for the Pendo Predict product will work directly with customers to design and build predictive models that forecast churn and account development based on behavioral data and CRM. The role requires strong SQL skills, 2+ years of experience in pre-sales technical engineering roles in SaaS, and the ability to conduct technical discovery and communicate with business and data stakeholders. It is important that you are builders who don't wait for instructions, use AI tools on a daily basis to improve processes, and are able to work during US EST hours.
