Description

Pilates classes for postpartum participants supervised by experienced instructors. Sundays at 12:00 led by Shira Ben Uriel. The classes combine pilates principles, somatic movement and physiotherapy experience, with a focus on core strengthening and pelvic floor. Small groups of up to 8 participants. Recommended from 6 weeks after birth. Full price 55 ILS per class. With digital discount: 15 ILS. The class takes place at the Somatic Movement Center, floor 4, Bickurei Ha'itim.
