Description

Pilates classes tailored for postpartum mothers together with their babies. Classes in small groups of up to 8 participants in the activity room or adjacent room. Classes are conducted under the supervision of an experienced therapist. Cost 45 NIS per class. Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:00 at Neve Sharet Early Childhood Center, Cleveland Community 15.
