We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager for Unframe, a rapidly growing AI startup with Fortune 500 clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions in Product, R&D, and GTM, from defining requirements with team leaders, through candidate screening, to the offer stage. Required: at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments with independent sourcing skills, proficiency in tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
