Speechify's Platform team builds the infrastructure behind every company product: public TTS API, payment management, subscriptions, authentication, usage tracking, and analytics serving over 50 million users. We are looking for a backend engineer with proven experience in TypeScript/Node and direct experience with GCP, who can design, build, and scale complex APIs, implement safe changes, and turn work you've done once into repeatable patterns. We need someone who thinks in terms of automation, validates results against real systems without relying on summaries, and someone who prefers to be corrected over being right.
