In our kitchen we are looking for an onboarding manager/ess who will lead small and large businesses through their initial implementation process at Connecteam, the leading platform for managing field work teams. The role includes personal accompaniment of customers, delivery of customized training, identification of acceleration opportunities and handling risks of churn. At least one year of experience in SaaS is required, complete mastery of Hebrew and English, strong presentation skills and capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel. Candidates with experience working with SMB customers in Israel and the region will be prioritized.
