The role includes planning and building AI agents designed to automate and optimize business processes, with an emphasis on memory management, multi-step planning, and rigorous evaluation sets. A master's degree or doctorate in related fields is required, 3+ years of experience with LLMs and Generative AI, and deep knowledge of agentic system design and tool management.
