Functional training led by certified fitness trainer Amir Lantin. Group training sessions on the lawn and beach of Tel Baruch Community Center, based on resistance and load work. Training adapted for all levels and abilities. Suitable for men and women aged 50 and over. Wednesday mornings. Single training session ticket: 40 ₪.
