Description
You will lead the development of flight control algorithms and guidance for a new electric tactical weapons platform at Kela Technologies. The role requires close collaboration with systems, hardware, and vision teams to bring a dynamic flight design platform from concept to field deployment, while ensuring high maneuverability and targeting accuracy. Required: at least 5 years of experience in flight control or guidance algorithms, a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering or control systems, and deep knowledge of flight dynamics and modern control theory. Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, and Simulink is essential, and experience in FPV drone development or guidance systems is a significant advantage.
