Head of AI Engineering
Description
Faye is looking for a Head of AI Engineering to lead the artificial intelligence workforce at the company. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and executing AI initiatives at scale, including working with GenAI and agentic systems, building infrastructure that scales with demand, and setting the direction for technological development. We are seeking an engineer with 6+ years of experience leading technical teams and 2+ years leading GenAI initiatives in depth, including deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. Experience in DevOps and in-product is also required, the ability to take full ownership of ambiguous initiatives, and experience in global SaaS companies in a fast-paced environment.
