We are looking for a Backend Architect to be a technical authority across multiple R&D teams at Faye, a leading travel insurance company in the American market. Your role will be to design and manage backend architecture across the organization, define standards, identify scalability risks and performance bottlenecks, and manage the engineering kitchen including CI/CD and code review. Required: 8+ years of backend development experience, with 2-3 years in an architecture or principal engineer role, deep expertise in Node.js and NestJS, and excellent communication skills between technical and management teams.
