You are looking for a Product Group Lead to lead Acquire, Voyantis' core product, which transforms AI predictive models into conversion signals that impact advertising operations on Google, Meta, and additional channels. In this role, you will lead a team of three Product Managers, set strategic direction and high standards, and work closely with the product to make decisions on scope and customer trade-offs. You will need 6+ years of experience in product management with people leadership, a strong background in Ad-Tech or growth products, and proven experience integrating predictive models and LLMs into products. Partnership with Operations will be central — you will work directly with the team to transform manual processes into AI-driven automation and self-serve tools at scale.
