Cloud FinOps Engineer
Description
FinOps Engineer for the Engineering department of VAST Data, a leading infrastructure company for the AI era. The role includes identifying and implementing cloud cost-saving opportunities, managing budgets across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, and performing optimizations on rates and RI/Savings Plans assurance. Required: 3+ years of experience managing cloud costs in large-scale environments, deep technical understanding of cloud-native architectures, and strong communication skills for conveying complex insights to stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of tools such as Kubernetes, Kubecost, Terraform, and experience in building automated tagging policies will be preferred.
