Engineering Director
Description
Engineering Director at UVeye will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary engineering team covering AI, full-stack, AIOps, QA, and data, with full accountability for delivery, team, and business results. You will be responsible for planning and setting priorities, direct risk management of engineers and Product Owner, conducting meaningful 1:1s, and establishing a high-accountability team culture. Minimum 7 years of engineering experience required, at least 4 of which in a managerial role including management of managers, strong knowledge of distinct systems, data pipelines, APIs, a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in an advanced environment with a focus on business results.
