Head of Data at Upwind Security will lead the Data and BI function, and will be responsible for building a data strategy and advancing the organization's investment in data for better decision-making. The role includes managing and growing the BI team, building a modern data platform, and working with managers across the company to embed a data-driven culture throughout the organization. Key requirements are 5+ years of experience managing Data/BI, experience building a data organization in a fast-growing technology company, and a deep understanding of modern BI architectures and the connections between technical capabilities and business outcomes.
