Description

We are looking for a technical manager/leader for the Upwind Security platform to lead a new infrastructure team and be responsible for scalability, performance, and reliability of the company's core systems. The role requires a combination of technical leadership with deep hands-on work in architecture, databases, and messaging systems in a high-load and growing environment. At least 5 years of software development experience with 2 years as a technical manager/leader is required, proven experience in significant performance improvements, strong understanding of scalability and architecture, and the ability to work independently and dynamically. Experience with Java and more than one company would be a significant advantage.
