Description
We are building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex business processes into AI-driven operations for large enterprises. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation side for customers, from post-close through full solution customization, performance validation, and organizational adoption. You will work closely with clients to understand operational processes and translate them into customized AI solutions, collaborating with R&D engineers as needed. Required: 7+ years of experience in implementation, technical consulting, or similar roles in the Israeli market, primarily in financial services, insurance, and banking, along with deep understanding of AI and experience with implementations in Cloud environments and ERP providers.
