Charm Security develops AI-based protection systems that safeguard customers of financial institutions against fraud and impersonation. You will build features at the forefront of our technology stack, from React and Node.js to complex event-driven systems and the integration of AI agents in production environments. Your role will span the entire stack: building advanced user interfaces, APIs and web services, working with PostgreSQL and Redis, and implementing real-time systems with WebSockets. Required: 5+ years of experience in full stack development with deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, talent for building event-driven architectures, experience with React and strong database design skills, and understanding of distributed systems.
