Team8 is looking for a researcher to join Charm Security, a platform fighting fraud schemes focused on psychological manipulation of victims. In this role, you will analyze data from fraud operations to understand fraudster motivations, identify patterns in social engineering attack campaigns, and translate them into signals and advanced AI Agents. You must have 4+ years of experience in data analysis, 2+ years in fraud prevention engineering, and the ability to work with Python or similar tools. Experience working with Production AI Agents, background in psychology or behavioral sciences create a significant advantage.
