Charm Security develops autonomous AI-based agents that help banks around the world prevent fraud and scams in real-time. We are looking for an AI researcher who will design and build models and agents to detect patterns of manipulation and deception in human conversations, while optimizing for high performance in a competitive environment. At least 4 years of experience working with LLMs and agentic techniques is required, proven experience in deploying models to production, and proficiency in development with AI-based tools.
