Your role will be to lead the company's data strategy, managing and growing teams of Data Engineers and BI Developers, and driving advanced data and AI usage across the organization. Required: 7+ years of experience in BI and Data with at least 2 years in a management position, experience working with large-scale data (especially in gaming or Ad-Tech), deep technical proficiency in SQL and Python, and strong communication skills to translate complex insights into business decisions.
