Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead at Stampli, a leading FinTech company that integrates AI into all aspects of development. In this role, you will manage a team of 5–6 engineers and make technical decisions regarding backend (Java and AWS) and front-end (React/Angular) while incorporating AI-based tools. Required: at least 5 years of experience in Java and AWS development, 5 years with modern JavaScript frameworks, 3 years managing full-stack teams, and deep knowledge of database design and programming patterns.
