Skai is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer to lead the development of complex products on our omnichannel platform that manages billions of dollars in advertising spend. In this role you will work as an engineer, architect, and mentor, establish AI standards at the team level, build AI-driven solutions that will improve work speed and quality, and advance the implementation of agentic workflows in the organization. Required: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI systems architecture and LLMs, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and deep knowledge of improving development standards and practices.
