מנהל/ת Technical Enablement ב-Silverfort, חברה המובילה בתחום identity security, תהיה אחראי/ת על פיתוח מקצועי וטכני של צוותי Customer Success והנדסה שלנו. תפקידך יהיה לתרגם ידע עמוק של המוצר לכישורים מעשיים בשדה, לבנות תוכניות הכשרה וסרטיפיקציה, ולשמש כגשר בין המוצר, הנהלת CS והצוות. נדרש 3+ שנים בתחום Customer Success, Technical Enablement או Technical Account Management בסביבת B2B תוך שימוש אקטיבי בכלי AI מודרניים, עם יכולת לבנות תוכניות הכשרה מאפס וידע טכני בארכיטקטורות enterprise. מיקום: תל אביב · עבודה מרחוק · משרה מלאה · מחלקה: Strategy להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
