The role includes close support from feasibility assessment through production launch, troubleshooting technical issues, managing timelines, and analyzing errors in code and communication. Required: at least three years in integration or Technical Account Management roles, ability to read APIs and log files, use of tools such as Postman, and familiarity with API and data environments (JSON, XML). Significant advantage for those with experience in fintech and payment processing. Essential requirement: high service awareness and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
