Description
Lead of Data Science team at Sentra, a company leading in data security in the AI era. Your role will be to lead the complete lifecycle of advanced ML models (NER, LLMs and more) that identify sensitive data and critical risks in customers' cloud environments. Required: 7+ years of experience in Data Science with specialization in NLP or Generative AI, 3+ years of experience managing Data Science teams (3+ people), proficiency in Python and SQL, and proven experience deploying models to production in Big Data environments. Important: strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and experience in MLOps and cloud-based infrastructures.
