The position requires leading structured testing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and making final Go/No-Go decisions according to predefined quality thresholds. You will need to map operational testing scenarios simulating real combat conditions, build scalable automation infrastructure, and manage clear quality metrics. Required: 5+ years of experience managing tests of complex multi-disciplinary systems, B.Sc in Engineering, and proven proficiency in qualification processes and formal release sign-off procedures.
