Head of Data organization at Yotpo, a leading provider of AI-based Reviews and Loyalty solutions for eCommerce. In this role, you will lead the Data organization during a critical growth phase, shape the history of Data Engineering and Data Infrastructure, and manage a high-performing, multidisciplinary team. Required: 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Infrastructure, 3+ years in technical leadership roles with direct team management, and proven expertise in designing and operating large data platforms in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will remain close to technology while working at organizational scale, drive continuous improvement, and enjoy challenges in AI and automation.
