Description
WorldQuant is seeking an AI Engineer to build a new team with expertise in artificial intelligence, developing software solutions for organizational use across the company. The role includes working with various teams in the company to produce customized applications that will help increase productivity and address everyday challenges in the investment world. Strong programming skills in Python are required, deep understanding of AI and language models such as LLMs, and experience with vector databases and relevant data structures. Excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and qualities of task-orientation and flexibility in teamwork are essential.
