Service representatives in chat at Wolt will handle inquiries from customers, couriers, and businesses through the communication channel, providing responses and support at all times. The position requires excellent writing in Hebrew, high-level English, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic computerized environment. Availability for a minimum of four shifts per week including weekends is required, with the ability to make decisions regarding compensation and problem-solving in creative ways. Experience in customer service and knowledge of additional languages are significant advantages for candidates.
